About Stop I: Edible Garden
Planted in July 2015, the Edible Garden highlights how attractive ornamental plants can also feed us.
Visitors find unusual edible plants, such as pineapple guava, Szechuan pepper, and medlar, alongside familiar herbs, fruits and vegetables.
Enjoy exploring, but please stay on the paths and do not attempt to eat any of the plants.
You have now reached the end of this tour. Please follow the guided route to the nearest Bus Stop, number one in Exhibition Square.
Alternatively, you can make your way back through the gardens and visit the fascinating Yorkshire Museum, with its collections of Roman, Medieval and Prehistoric artefacts.
